Röhnisch Sportswear AB offers their customers a 14-day returns and exchanges guarantee from the delivery date. You must be 18 years of age to place orders and act on the Web shop that belong to Röhnisch Sportswear AB.
Röhnisch Sportswear AB reserves the right to refuse order requests in case of products that are out of sale, inventory differences, technical problems, changes to specifications and any typographical errors on our side. The card details are encrypted when sent directly to DIBS. The communication to the DIBS server is via an SSL-encrypted direct connection (https). In cooperation with Klarna, we offer you payment via invoice or credit cards as payment methods. When purchasing with Invoice you receive your goods first and you have always a payment period of 14 days. Payment is to be made to Klarna. Unclaimed packagesIf an ordered parcel is unclaimed or not collected on time the customer will be charged for the original postage and the return handling fees.
Röhnisch Sportswear AB is exempt from penalty for failure to perform certain obligations under this Agreement if such failure is due to release factor as described below and circumstances that prevent, hinder or delay performance. The release factor includes e.g. acts or omissions by public authorities, new or amended laws, labour conflicts, blockade, fires, floods, sabotage, natural catastrophes or accidents.
The force majeure includes administrative decisions that affect the market and products negatively, such as restrictions in indexes, warning labels, sales bans, an abnormal market decline and if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.
ExchangesIf exchanging for a similar garment in a different size or colour, fill in and enclose the attached Return note. Make sure the label is attached and the garment is in its original condition. No additional delivery charges will be added.
If you would like to exchange your returned item(s) for something more expensive you need to place a new order in the webshop.
RepurchaseIf you want your ordered item(s) to be replaced or repurchased, use the attached Return note and fill in the neccessary information and send along with the item(s).

GeneralConsumer law is applied when handling complaints. You can find out more about the rules that apply under the law at: www.konsumentverket.se. If you discover that the product is damaged, contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Send the defective item to us, the sender. Once we have received the item and the complaint has been approved a refund will be made. Make sure your bank account number is provided for our customer service. If the item has been used it has to be washed before it is returned. However, if the garment is unused it is returned in received condition.
Return policyWhen you as a consumer buy something by the Internet, mail order, telephone, TV shops or at the door to door sales, you have a full right of cancellation for 14 days.
However, if your purchase has been made with invoice through Klarna, you have 14 days to pay for your purchase according to their standard agreements. If you want to return any item please return it to the sender, Röhnisch Sportswear AB. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, the consumer has an enhanced consumer protection. The law includes for instance the requirement that the supplier must provide information and new rules when it comes to the consumer’s right of cancellation.
Distance Selling RegulationsWhen purchasing via mail order, telephone, TV-shops or the Internet the consumer has the right to cancel their order within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a full refund within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation after the item has been returned. Items can only be returned to the sender. Röhnisch Sportswear AB is entitled to delivering the goods within 30 days from the date you placed the order. However, it is possible to agree on a reasonable deadline for delivery in certain cases. If the trader fails to deliver on time and the consumer is not to blame, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract. If the item you bought is faulty or if the service is not done professionally, you are entitled to complain under the Consumer Protection and Consumer Services Act. If you terminate the contract the trader is obliged to give you a full refund within 14 days from the date on which the trader received your notice of cancellation.
